| Dr Allen carried out the original theoretical work on wave-guides for use in radar systems. He told me that this has never been reported elsewhere so the dissertation in this folder is of unique significance.
He was a member of Group 8 in TRE that was led by H.W.B. Skinner and contained many who achieved high eminence in the field of science. |
